We take a holistic approach to the business improvement following traditional 3P model i.e. People, Process and Product, but strongly believe that people are the key asset of any business. The success or failure of a transformation program is dependent on how Engaged, Enabled and Empowered the employees are, hence by focusing and working with teams we positively impact organization’s culture and deliver sustainable business improvements.
Our approach to delivery is firmly based on PDCA cycle providing a structured and systematic process to deliver business improvement activities and drive continuous improvement actions. We work with leadership team to understand the business objectives and develop a business improvement road map to achieve those objectives. With our hands on approach, we effectively engage cross functional teams to ensure efforts are aligned and enable them with required Lean know-how. To develop continuous improvement mindset, we continually work with the teams, guiding and coaching to identify waste in current processes and support process improvement activities using structured approach (Six Sigma DMAIC).
We implement simple but effective tools to track ROI and savings to visualize impact on bottom line. To support governance, communication between teams and operational progress visibility, we develop and implement structured Visual Management System with key metrics. Any risks to the business objectives are escalated in timely manner and mitigated with appropriate countermeasures.
