Through many years experience in the baking industry, both in Australia and overseas, we were acutely aware of all the major problems facing the industry and decided to use our combined skills and expertise to find a viable solution. Knowing that advanced frozen technology had revolutionised the European bread market, we explored this option in detail. After working closely with strategic partners in Europe we were able to develop a premium range of frozen dough solutions and the successor to frozen parbaked breads.
