ONLINE WORKSHOP: Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Program

To roll out a Continuous Improvement (CI) program or kick start a process improvement mindset in any organisation, we first need to ensure that people can relate to the language, tools and techniques of Lean Six-Sigma. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt program delivers this level of knowledge to encourage people to take the next steps towards cultivating a CI culture in their organisation.

 

During the Program you will learn:

•             The Purpose, Principals and Core Values of Lean Six-Sigma

•             The DMAIC problem solving model

•             The 8 forms of Wastes and introduction to 5S

•             How to approach process analysis identify root causes

•             Cultivating and Sustaining a CI culture
