futuremap® Industry 4.0 virtual workshops

In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation, the Advanced Manufacturing Industry 4.0 Hub will now be delivering the “futuremap – future-proofing Australian manufacturing SMEs” in a virtual format. We invite you to join us at the online event to explore how manufacturers can build resilient, cost competitive, sustainable and future-ready organisations.

Now, more than ever, Australian manufacturers should be thinking about their businesses in a new way: how can business model innovation and leadership, enabled by digital technologies change the way in which a company can create and capture value, thus setting it up for the future?

The futuremap workshop will make you think differently about aspects of your business, how it earns revenue, delivers/provides value to customers, how it engages/interacts with customers, the impact of technology, the business ecosystem and supply chain, work practices and risk management.

Businesses can use this time of economic slowdown to test new ways of working, keep people motivated and engaged to transform their business.

It’s becoming more important to find new ways of working. We look forward to seeing you virtually from the safety and comfort of your own space.
