Future-proofing Australian Manufacturing SMEs
Want to make your manufacturing business more resilient, cost competitive and sustainable?
Now, more than ever, Australian manufacturers & process related industries should be thinking about their businesses in a new way. This workshop is designed specifically for Australian manufacturing & process related industry SMEs to help you assess the current state of your business and identify areas of focus and potential investment to transform and create a future-ready organisation.
The thought provoking content and industry examples in this futuremap® interactive workshop will make you think differently about aspects of your business, including:
- how it earns/spends revenue,
- delivers/provides value to customers
- how it engages/interacts with customers
- the impact of technology
- the business ecosystem and supply chain
- work practices and risk management.
The workshop helps you evaluate the business’s position across 13 key areas of industrial and manufacturing competitiveness to produce a point-in-time self-assessment and report that identifies both immediate, and medium-term, opportunities for growth and potential investment.
This workshop is for Victorian business owners or senior executives (eg. General managers) in a Victorian manufacturing or process related industry (including Food & Beverage, Meat processing, Dairy, Agri-business, Defence, Pharmaceuticals etc).
