Join us for this hybrid (in person and online) event with Professor Elizabeth Croft, internationally respected robotics researcher and Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Monash University. Professor Croft will share insights on encouraging women to participate in research and employment across the wide variety of STEM fields.

Given how critical it is that business workplace planning maximises the use of skillsets available, regardless of gender, this important topic has become an annual feature on our events calendar.

Recognised globally for contributions to engineering, Professor Croft is a national and international leader in recruiting women into engineering fields.  Professor Croft has directed major initiatives that advance research in areas of critical economic and environmental importance and delivered multimillion-dollar advanced research and educational platforms.

She champions industry-relevant curricular and cocurricular learning opportunities to attract, train and deliver the next generation of engineering leaders in Australia.

Professor Croft will share insights into her path including the positive and negative experiences encountered along the way. Join us for her insights into the challenging and rewarding world of STEM.
